• Mike Chioda On Why WWE Never Pushed Dolph Ziggler Properly

During a recent interview with Wrestlezone, Old School WWF referee Mike Chioda talked about why the WWE has never properly pushed Dolph Ziggler, who has been with the WWE non-stop since 2005 but only received very few main events and hardly any decent pushes in his more than 15 years with the company.

Chioda believes backstage politics played a part in how Ziggler has been booked over the years:

“I believe he is getting somewhat pushed now, but there were so many years where that kid had so much good talent and I’ve seen a lot of talent that had a lot of potential and just never made it.

Just didn’t get through the political standpoint of the company.

They kept giving it to Dolph and taking it right back. It’s hard.”
