• Miro Fires Back At nWo Veteran For Recent Comments About Young AEW Wrestler

On last week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Konosuke Takeshita faced AEW World Champion MJF and lost.

During the match, Takeshita paid tribute to the late Eddie Guerrero before hitting the Frog Splash, since they were in El Paso, where Eddie was born.

On his podcast, nWo veteran Konnan said the following about this spot:

“Well Takeshita… he’s got heat with me and he’s lucky I wasn’t in El Paso. Because when he went up and he did the f**king Eddie Guerrero thing for the Frog Splash, you’re not Mexican dude, I don’t care… Stick to your nationality.”

This led to AEW star Miro (fka Rusev in WWE) tweeting the following:

“I bet you all that Konnan, or whatever his name was , can’t last 10 sec with Konosuke Takeshita.”

Konnan then replied the following to Miro:

“It was a joke, can’t believe you got worked..like I’m actually going to be mad, it’s sarcasm.. listen to the show instead of being an echo chamber…#Rube”
