On tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite from Arena Mexico, Mistico (fka Sin Cara in WWE) defeated MJF via DQ after MJF hit him with a low blow. After the match, MJF unmasked Mistico and put it on himself. According to Fightful Select, a fan confronted MJF at the hotel after the show, apparently upset over the angle involving Mistico. AEW sources say MJF wasn’t fazed at all — he laughed off the situation and was reportedly proud of the reaction he generated. Despite the fan confrontation, AEW officials were said to be very pleased with how the event played out overall.
