• After stepping down from all positions within TKO, including executive chairman and board membership, following the Janel Grant lawsuit, Vince McMahon is in the process of establishing a new company.

According to PWInsider, McMahon is setting up a new “entertainment hub company” focused on financing, developing, and producing film and TV projects, with no plans to create anything similar to WWE. This new venture will reportedly focus on both fictional and non-fictional content.

A number of former WWE staff members are already involved in preparing this company, with plans to launch once McMahon’s legal matters are resolved. The company is expected to be based near Los Angeles. Kevin Dunn is notably not involved in this project.

Former WWE Chief Operating Officer Brad Blum has joined the project after leaving WWE following McMahon’s initial retirement amid Wall Street Journal reports in 2022. Blum rejoined WWE when McMahon returned, but resigned in May 2024.

WWE’s former Hollywood liaison Kristen Prouty is also involved. She originally joined WWE in 2005 after serving as the casting director for the first Diva Search and was released earlier this year.
