4. Interesting New Tag Team Gets SmackDown Tag Team Title Shot At WWE Live Event

At yesterday’s WWE SmackDown Live Event in Honolulu, Hawaii, an interesting new tag team combination of Dolph Ziggler & Baron Corbin faced The New Day for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles. In the main event of the show, “The Modern Day Maharaja” Jinder Mahal defended the WWE Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura.

– SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match: The New Day (c) def. Dolph Ziggler & Baron Corbin to retain the Titles.
– Luke Harper def. Erick Rowan
– Sami Zayn def. Aiden English
– Last Man Standing Match: Randy Orton def. Rusev
– Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch & Naomi (with Asuka at ringside) def. SmackDown Women’s Champion Natalya, Tamina, Lana & Ms. Money In The Bank Carmella
– United States Championship Match: AJ Styles (c) def. Kevin Owens to retain the Title.
– WWE Championship Match: Jinder Mahal (c) def. Shinsuke Nakamura to retain the Title.
