• Name & Date Of WWE’s Next Saudi Arabia PLE
As previously reported, Italy will host a Premium Live Event when Clash In Italy lands at the Inalpi Arena in Turin on Sunday, May 31. This landmark show serves as the anchor for a massive European Summer Tour, which will see the roster travel across Spain, France, and Portugal.
While the PLE itself takes place in Turin, fans in Bologna won’t be left out — they are scheduled to host a live broadcast of Friday Night SmackDown at the Unipol Arena just five days later on June 5.
Looking past the European swing, the spotlight shifts back to the Middle East. Internal reports from Bodyslam suggest that Night of Champions is tentatively set for June 27 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
As previously noted, 2026 will feature 3 Saudi Arabia PLEs, because only one Saudi PLE took place in 2025. WWE is contracted to do two PLEs in Saudi Arabia every year. Royal Rumble 2026 was this year’s first Saudi PLE.
Here is the confirmed WWE Premium Live Event schedule for 2026 so far:
February 28: Elimination Chamber – Chicago, IL
April 19-20: WrestleMania 42 – Las Vegas, NV
May 9: Backlash – Tampa, FL
May 31: Clash in Italy – Turin, Italy
August 1-2: SummerSlam – Minneapolis, MN
September 6: Money in the Bank – New Orleans, LA
• Change Coming To WWE Star’s Character
One of NXT’s most exciting athletes is reportedly on the verge of a major career shift. According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, Sol Ruca is being prepared for a move to the WWE main roster, a jump that will likely include a fresh coat of paint for her character.
Internal support for the 26-year-old former gymnast has reached a fever pitch following her breakout performance at the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble, where she outlasted nearly the entire field to finish in the final three.
WWE Officials reportedly believe Ruca has outgrown the developmental system and are planning to debut a brand-new entrance theme and slight personality tweaks to help her stand out on RAW or SmackDown.
While she is currently scheduled for a high-stakes NXT Women’s Championship match against Jacy Jayne next week, fans should keep a close eye on the upcoming Elimination Chamber PLE in Chicago.
Sean Ross Sapp reports that Ruca is tentatively scheduled to be in the Windy City during the February 28 premium live event, sparking rumors that her official arrival on the main stage could happen as early as next weekend.
• WWE Had Talks With Former 24/7 Champion About WrestleMania 42 Return
WWE is looking to bring the “Bunny Mania” back to the grandest stage of them all. According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, the company initiated talks with Bad Bunny’s team months ago, reaching out well before his massive performance at the Super Bowl halftime show.
The goal is to secure the global superstar for WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas. While it remains a mystery if the singer will actually step into the ring for a physical bout, the door is wide open for any level of involvement. An internal source emphasized that WWE would “absolutely” embrace a guest appearance or a non-wrestling segment if his schedule doesn’t allow for full-blown training.
The timing couldn’t be better for a potential clash. Logan Paul has already started drumming up interest, publicly mentioning that a high-profile showdown between him and Bad Bunny has been discussed internally.
WWE is banking on Bunny’s star power to help fuel momentum for the Allegiant Stadium event. While nothing is set in stone, the early conversations are reportedly described as “positive.”
Bad Bunny last wrestled in WWE at Backlash 2023, where he defeated Damian Priest in a San Juan Street Fight. Bad Bunny is also a former WWE 24/7 Champion.

• Ari Emanuel Wants To Turn WWE Personality Into The Next Sylvester Stallone
According to Bloomberg, Ari Emanuel has a new mission: transforming Pat McAfee from a sports media powerhouse into a Hollywood leading man.
As the executive chairman of WME and head of TKO Group Holdings (which owns WWE), Emanuel is reportedly aiming to mold the former NFL punter into a cross-media icon in the vein of Sylvester Stallone. While Emanuel no longer manages the day-to-day operations of Endeavor, he has personally taken McAfee under his wing, joining a client roster that includes A-listers like Larry David and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
The pivot toward acting is already in full swing with two major projects:
1. Tulsa King: McAfee has secured a four-episode guest arc on the upcoming season of the Paramount+ hit. He will star alongside Stallone himself in the Taylor Sheridan-produced crime drama.
2. The Mosquito Bowl: McAfee will play a U.S. Marine drill instructor in this high-profile Netflix film directed by Peter Berg. The World War II sports drama is based on the book by Buzz Bissinger and wrapped filming in late 2025.
By leveraging McAfee’s massive popularity on ESPN and his on-and-off role as a WWE commentator, Emanuel is betting that McAfee’s unique charisma will translate into the next big action star archetype.
