In an update, Roxanne has revealed that she underwent surgery to remove “benign mass” from her back, as this was causing her pain.

For those who don’t know, a benign mass refers to a noncancerous growth or tumor that does not invade surrounding tissue or spread elsewhere in the body. Unlike malignant tumors, benign ones tend to grow slowly, are often enclosed, and usually have clearly defined edges. Though generally not dangerous, they can still cause issues if they press against organs, nerves, or blood vessels.

Here’s what Roxanne said:

“I recently underwent surgery to remove a benign mass that was in my back that was causing me a lot of pain for a couple of months, but I just didn’t want to have time off.

I just love what I do so, so much. It’s been a dream of mine to become a WWE superstar since I was 10 years old, but our health is very important so we need to put that first.

My recovery is going well. I don’t have too much pain any more, it kind of comes and goes. I’m gonna be back in the ring Pop Roxing everyone’s a$$. For now I’m just chilling at home with my boyfriend and my dog.”
