• Naomi & Sasha Banks’ Friend Claims They Walked Out 3 Hours Before WWE Announced The RAW Main Event

After last week’s RAW, WWE issued the following statement regarding the Sasha Banks & Naomi situation:

“When Sasha Banks and Naomi arrived at the arena this afternoon, they were informed of their participation in the main event of tonight’s Monday Night RAW.

During the broadcast, they walked into WWE Head of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis’ office with their suitcases in hand, placed their tag team championship belts on his desk, and walked out.

They claimed they weren’t respected enough as Tag Team Champions. And even though they had 8 hours to rehearse and construct their match, they claimed they were uncomfortable in the ring with two of their opponents – even though they’d had matches with those individuals in the past with no consequence.

Monday Night RAW is a scripted live TV show, whose characters are expected to perform the requirements of their contract. We regret we were unable to deliver, as advertised, tonight’s main event.”

However, according to Twitter user Adidas_Head88 (who is Sasha & Naomi’s friend and both of them follow this user), both Sasha & Naomi left before the RAW rundown sheet was posted:

“They were gone before the match sheet was printed, that’s around 5 PM.”

This Twitter user is legit and has confirmed various stories to the Wrestling Observer in the past.

If this is true, then that means WWE had plenty of time to change the RAW main event (and they have changed plans at the last minute so many times before) and there was no need to advertise the 6 pack challenge to the audience on TV, and then pull it.

This has begun speculation that either WWE is burying Sasha & Naomi with false stories or that this is a work.
