6. Bret Hart Impressed With The New Day vs. The Wyatt Family Feud
During a recent episode of Bret Hart Radio, WWE Hall of Famer Bret “Hitman” Hart noted that he’s impressed by The New Day & The Wyatt Family feud. Below is what he said:
“I like the storyline they’ve got going with The Wyatts. It’s a fun, good sort of different kind of storyline for them. They are not so much cartoons. So, it’s a chance for New Day to take on a more serious role. Which, coming off of all the stuff done now, where people are starting to really sort of like them. They find them fun and they’ve started to get attached to them and are emotionally connected to them. That’s all really good and now they’re going in to a storyline that’s very unpredictable. These guys are very unpredictable. It’s a kind of very scary storyline. I like it. I like the mix and it’s good for Wyatt and all of those guys to be working with The New Day. It’s a different kind of style. Different kind of thinking that goes in to the match.”
5. Sheamus Not Turning Babyface
Many sources noted that Sheamus recently worked as a babyface at a recent WWE Live Event. But that’s not the case as Sheamus worked that event as a heel and is still a heel as seen on Raw. Sheamus was a part of the Multinational Alliance on Raw and was the last man pinned in the match.
Another note from that Live Event is that original reports stated that Reigns got booed when the Battleground 2016 main event graphic was shown. However, that’s not the case as the video promo received a low response. Also, several fans were sporting a Roman Reigns T-Shirt, even more than the fans wearing a John Cena T-Shirt. Enzo & Big Cass’ “SAWFT” T-Shirt was very popular at the event as well.
