Raw Star Talks About Brock Lesnar Earning His Part Time Status

During a recent appearance on the Hard Hidz Wrestling Podcast, Intercontinental Champion The Miz talked about Universal Champion Brock Lesnar’s part time status. Below is what he said:

“The Intercontinental Title is more talked about than the Universal Title, given more airtime, which obviously it has been because someone doesn’t show up a lot, but it’s quite alright. He is ‘The Beast’ Brock Lesnar and he has earned the right to do that because, I mean, let’s face it. When he’s on the show, you want to watch to see what’s going to happen next. Right now, the Intercontinental title is the title on the show, the single’s title, on the show, so applause to me.”

Double Turn At Great Balls of Fire 2017?

When Roman Reigns assaulted Braun Strowman after losing the Ambulance match, speculation began that this was a double turn (where Reigns turned heel and Strowman turned babyface). While Kurt Angle’s reaction looked like that’s what happened, it’s hard to say as Reigns has been booked as a “tweener” as of late.

Also, WWE turning Reigns heel looks hard as Reigns is the #1 merchandise seller on the full time WWE roster (with John Cena considered a part time talent) and no other full time wrestler on the roster draws anywhere near Reigns (despite whatever the crowd reaction towards them is).

We’ll have a better idea regarding this after tonight’s Raw.

UPDATE: As seen on Raw, Reigns didn’t turn heel.
