• Nikki Bella Addresses Her Latest Controversy
Nikki Bella is setting the record straight after she got some heat for saying she’d rather date “cute” guys than “super hot” ones, whom she labeled as narcissists.
During a recent episode of her podcast, the WWE Hall of Famer admitted she cringed when she read her own comments back. She explained that while the words came out of her mouth, they didn’t actually capture what she was trying to say.
The whole thought was originally sparked by a friend showing her a dating profile full of shirtless gym selfies and mirror flexing, which totally turned her off.
In reality, Nikki says her dating life isn’t about looks or specific “types” at all. She feels bad that her comments turned into a bunch of negative headlines because she actually picks her partners based on their personality and energy.
Nikki said this is exactly why she stays off dating apps. She needs to have a real conversation and feel a connection with someone before she’s even interested in a date. She wants everyone to know that she’s looking for a natural bond where she can just be herself, rather than judging people based on a photo or a description.
