NXT wrestler Von Wagner was drafted to the WWE main roster as a “Free Agent”.

However, he might stay in NXT for a while and not make his main roster debut anytime soon because of his character change.

After his manager Robert Stone tried to leave his side due to recent losses, Wagner (who has a quiet heel persona) tried to open up with Stone, hoping he wouldn’t leave.

Wagner said:

“Stone, I’m ready. Come on man, don’t leave, I’m ready, please, come on. I’m ready to open up.

My name is Von Wagner and I always wanted to be in the WWE. Because this is in my blood, and my dad was a Beverly Brother.”

Wagner talked about his father, WWF Veteran Beau Beverly of The Beverly Brothers tag team, and was looking at a photo album of his Dad wrestling at the Wembley Stadium at SummerSlam 1992.

Robert saw one of Wagner’s childhood photos and asked how he got stitches in his head. Wagner refused to comment and ended the conversation.

Current idea is for Wagner to open up more about his struggles with Stone in the coming weeks and progress his new character on NXT, before going to RAW / SmackDown.
