• NXT Wrestler Didn’t Work This Week’s Show Because Of High COVID-19 Risk In His Case

On this week’s episode of NXT, Matt Riddle & Timothy Thatcher defeated The Undisputed Era to retain the NXT Tag Team Championship.

In this match, Undisputed Era was represented by Bobby Fish and Roderick Strong. Strong replaced Kyle O’Reilly in the match.

Kyle O’Reilly didn’t work the show because he’s diabetic and runs a higher risk of contracting COVID-19. So he ended up making the choice of not risking his health and staying at home.

This situation is similar to that of Roman Reigns, and WWE officials have no issues with it.
