According to TMZ.com, WWE Hall of Famer “Rowdy” Roddy Piper passed away due to a heart attack triggered by a pulmonary embolism in his lungs.
TMZ reported that Piper had a high blood pressure for years, which caused blood clots in his lungs.
Talking about Roddy Piper’s death, former WWF wrestler Billy Jack Haynes blamed Vince McMahon & Steve Austin for the death of Roddy Piper. Haynes claimed that Vince fired Roddy Piper from his WWE Legend’s contract “3 days” before his death, while the truth is he was released a few weeks back.
