The show included Mick Foley’s televised WWF debut, working as ‘Mankind’ under a mask.

It was broadcasted from the Cow Palace in San Francisco, California and featured pre-taped matches, promos & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WWF WrestleMania VI’ PPV, that happened later on the same day.
This episode included the last WWF TV appearance of Tony Schiavone, who went back to Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling.
