• Old School Wrestling Legend Celebrates His Birthday

Old School Wrestling Legend ‘The Madman from the Sudan’ Abdullah the Butcher (Real name: Lawrence Shreve) celebrates his 83rd birthday today.

Abdullah had a pretty long career in professional wrestling from 1958 until 2010, including working for various promotions such as World Wrestling Council, Jim Crockett Promotions & World Championship Wrestling, New Japan Pro Wrestling, All Japan Pro Wrestling, Georgia Championship Wrestling, Championship Wrestling From Florida, and World Class Championship Wrestling.

In 2011 he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by fellow Old School Wrestling Legend Terry Funk.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ABDULLAH THE BUTCHER!
