• On This Day In Pro Wrestling History (May 12, 2002) – Old School ECW Performer Passed Away
On this day in 2002, we lost Old School ECW Performer Mass Transit (Real name: Erich Kulas) at the young age of 22 due to complications from gastric bypass surgery.
The November 23, 1996 ECW House Show included the infamous “Mass Transit Incident” which saw the pro wrestling debut of 17 year old “Mass Transit”, who had lied to promoter Paul Heyman about his age and his professional wrestling training (he had none).
Before the Tag Match, Mass Transit requested New Jack to do the blade-job for him, but was eventually cut too deeply by the experienced Hardcore Wrestler, so the match turned into a bloodbath rather quickly.
Only Fan-Cam video footage exists of the incident.

• Paige Fires Back At A Fan Who Called Her Fat & Said It’s Not An Insult If It’s A Fact
Former WWE Divas Champion Paige is loved by a lot of fans, but there are a few that don’t like her for some reason.
Also, some people (for some reason) think she’s fat. A fan tweeted this to Paige and below is what Paige responded:
Feel bad for your kid. Gonna be trying to teach him how to disrespect women. You’re trash. https://t.co/RnpwOLsl90
— PAIGE (@RealPaigeWWE) May 11, 2019
After Paige’s response, the fan argued that it’s not an insult when it’s a fact and brought up points like calling men like Yokozuna, Kamala and Mark Henry fat isn’t an insult as it’s a fact that they’re fat.
This led to Paige responding with the following tweet:
It’s an insult. Male or female. Question is, would you say it to her face? You wouldn’t. Because she’d beat your ass first and foremost. But you know it’s an insult so you wouldn’t. https://t.co/kX93PST0zi
— PAIGE (@RealPaigeWWE) May 11, 2019
The fan then ended up deleted both tweets.
