• Paige Shows Support For Mandy Rose After WWE Release

Former NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose has been fired from WWE due to the adult content she was posting.

Her 413-day title reign (3rd longest Women’s Title reign in NXT history, only behind Shayna Baszler’s 416 days and Asuka’s 522 days) came to an end on last night’s episode of NXT.

She dropped the title to Iron Survivor Challenge winner Roxanne Perez in the main event.

According to the Wrestling Observer, Mandy losing the Title last night wasn’t the original plan, but rather a last minute decision and her firing played a role in it:

“There’s a lot to the Mandy Rose firing today and the title change last night was a last minute decision based on the fact she was getting fired and not the original plan.”

As we noted earlier, Fightful Select reported that Mandy knew her platform could be an issue:

“We’ve learned that in recent months, Mandy had indicated to others that she realized the content and nature of her page could get her in trouble with management.”

AEW star Saraya (fka Paige in WWE) has shown support for Mandy by tweeting the following:

“Love you sister @WWE_MandyRose”

Back in late 2017 – early 2018, Mandy (along with Sonya Deville) were part of Paige’s stable “Absolution”.
