• Why Charlotte Flair’s Recent Babyface Run Didn’t Last Long

Charlotte Flair is currently one of WWE’s top villains, but she hopes to be a fan-favorite again one day. After returning from a serious knee injury, Flair won the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble. However, WWE quickly turned her heel after fans didn’t connect with her as a ‘good guy’. During a recent interview with WrestleZone, Flair shared how much she enjoyed her time as a babyface before her injury. She said, “Before I got injured, I was really in a groove being a good guy. I really enjoyed it, I was really getting that ‘good guy reaction’ on live events. And it was like the first time in my career that I felt like comfortable as a good guy. I just went with it, I loved it and I was digging it.”

Charlotte also explained that the way she returned made it difficult for fans to get behind her. “Then I got hurt and when I came back, and how I came back, obviously winning the Rumble twice isn’t like, and I don’t mean this in a bad way, but you don’t want the Yankees to always win, you know what I mean? So that is harder to gain that sympathy, that good guy feel,” she added.

Despite this, Charlotte Flair hopes to transition back to being a babyface eventually. She enjoys interacting with younger fans and looks forward to being a hero again in WWE.

• Darby Allin Almost Got Hurt In A New Car Stunt After Conquering Mount Everest (Video)

Darby Allin isn’t slowing down after reaching the summit of Mount Everest. Instead of easing back into things, the AEW star launched himself into another dangerous moment, this time behind the wheel of a car. In a newly released video, Allin is seen attempting a car jump on a dirt road. The stunt ended with the vehicle’s airbag deploying, a seatbelt snapping, and Allin bleeding from what looked like a rough landing. Despite the chaos, he walked away with only a bruise to the chest.

Allin has been away from AEW throughout 2025, but his return appears close. According to Fightful Select, he’s been medically cleared and is expected to be back in the ring “imminently.”

His Mount Everest climb had been delayed by a year due to injury, but the report noted he came out of the expedition “relatively unscathed.” That hasn’t stopped him from taking on more risk, even before officially returning to AEW TV.
