Possibility Of Braun Strowman Joining The Shield, Reaction To Dean Ambrose Laughing After Going Through A Table At TLC 2017

During last week’s edition of “The Brand” podcast, former WWE & WCW wrestler Vito LoGrasso talked about the TLC 2017 main event along with co-host Jeff Lane. They talked about tables not breaking in the match, Dean Ambrose laughing after going through a table, Braun Strowman turning babyface & more.

Below is what Vito said about the main event:

“That was a lot of stuff they tried to shove down your throat. There should have been more TLC matches guys . This is the first one I watched where the main event was the only TLC match and it seems like they saved every spot to do everything for the last match.

Kane turned and they turned Braun Strowman babyface. Now whether that’s a good thing or bad thing, I think they killed their monster. Now Braun Strowman is gonna be a babyface. They might thinking now if Roman Reigns gonna be out for a while and the Shield needs a new partner, who are they gonna get? Braun Strowman.

I thought the match was too long. Too many high spots. Two tables that did not break tonight if you noticed. Why? Could have been in a rush. Could have slipped it. Couldn’t put him through it. When you put somebody through a table you got to make account, be safe. Obviously it didn’t happen.

And when the table broke, you could see Ambrose laughing in the ring. I’m sure that the office didn’t like that. If you’re a fan you’d say – Why is he laughing? He just went through a table. Well, it’s not funny. And if you try to do a table spot you got to have somebody doing it right.

Now Strowman threw Ambrose through the table and made sure he went through it, but when Kane tried to Chokeslam on the ramp and that didn’t break. Who are we gonna blame? The guy giving it or guy taking it? One time – “Okay, excuse me”. Second time – “Excuse you”. The third time – “Okay, somebody messed up”. So thank god we didn’t have a third spot.

The garbage truck……. throwing somebody in a garbage truck to keep him out. Alright! I honestly thought Kurt Angle was gonna come out and spray everybody with milk. That was my thinking that there was going to be a milk thing on top. That would have definitely stolen the show. I just think the physicality of what they tried to bring was too much to absorb.”

WrestleMania Makes Forbes’ Fab 40 List

Below is what WWE posted about WrestleMania reaching Forbes’ Fab 40 list:

“WrestleMania has once again ranked on Forbes’ Fab 40. The Showcase of the Immortals, which just celebrated its 33rd edition this past April in Orlando, ranked at No. 6 on the magazine’s long-running list of the world’s most valuable sports brands, above institutions such as the UEFA Champions League and the Daytona 500.

This year’s WrestleMania broke the Orlando Citrus Bowl’s attendance record with 75,245 WWE Universe members from all 50 states and 62 different countries. The previous Orlando Citrus Bowl attendance record – 74,635 – had been set by WrestleMania XXIV in 2008.

WrestleMania also ranked on Forbes’ list in 2014, 2015 and 2016.”
