• Plan For Returning Star On Tonight’s SmackDown
As we previously reported, Shinsuke Nakamura will return to WWE programming on tonight’s episode of SmackDown.
According to Fightful Select, Nakamura will begin a feud with Karrion Kross:
“Shinsuke Nakamura is scheduled to start a program with Karrion Kross on Friday’s Smackdown. WWE had a Nakamura tarot card produced for it.”
Nakamura’s last televised match in WWE took place in November 2022, where he lost to Santos Escobar in the SmackDown World Cup tournament.
He was allowed to wrestle The Great Muta in NOAH on January 1st, where he won.
His last match took place at a WWE Live Event on January 22nd, where he teamed up with Madcap Moss & Braun Strowman to defeat Imperium.
