On this day in 2000, the World Wrestling Federation aired an episode of their weekly syndicated TV show ‘WWF Jakked’ (night version) aka ‘WWF Metal’ (afternoon version).
It featured pre-taped mid-card matches on the road to the ‘WWF No Way Out 2001’ PPV.

• Possible Reasons Why Elias Could Be The Undertaker’s WrestleMania 35 Opponent
There are a lot of rumors going on regarding The Undertaker’s WrestleMania 35 status. Some sources have stated that The Undertaker won’t have a match at WrestleMania 35, while there have been reports about The Undertaker vs. Finn Balor taking place at WrestleMania 35 as well.
But now, it looks like Balor is going to be a part of the Intercontinental Title picture on the road to WrestleMania 35 as he’s going to face Bobby Lashley for the Intercontinental Championship on the upcoming episode of RAW.
With that being said, would could The Undertaker face at WrestleMania 35?
While this is not confirmed or rumoured by any means – it could be Elias.
Why Elias? Well, let’s take a look at the following reasons:
– Elias recently turned heel (and The Undertaker most likely faces heels at WrestleMania because he’s a babyface – duh!)
– Elias began using The Undertaker’s “Old School” move in 2017 and he now uses a variation of that move.
– Elias disrespected The Undertaker while doing his segment with John Cena at WrestleMania 34 last year (prior to Cena facing The Undertaker). Below is what Elias said during his entrance at WrestleMania 34:
“Were you expecting somebody else? Let me tell you something – that ‘somebody else’ doesn’t have the unimaginable athletic talent that I possess. That ‘somebody else’ doesn’t have the unmatched charisma that I carry with me. And that ‘someone else’ doesn’t have the unlimited talent that I carry in my soul. And John, if you thought this was going to be another ‘walk in the park’ – not with me.”
– Elias is taking out Old School Legends. He smashed Attitude Era Veteran Road Dogg & WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett with Guitar shots as of late and is set to face Jarrett in a singles match on the upcoming episode of RAW.
