According to Slice Wrestling, Drew McIntyre is expected to enter the Universal Championship picture after SummerSlam 2019.
Also, the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California is currently advertising Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre for WWE Hell In A Cell 2019 pay-per-view (which takes place on October 6th).
With McIntyre going after the Universal Title and currently being advertised to face Rollins at Hell In A Cell 2019, it could be possible that Rollins to going to defeat Brock Lesnar to win the Universal Championship again at SummerSlam 2019.
Also, for McIntyre to go after the Universal Title, the Universal Champion must be a babyface. This could be another indication that Lesnar is going to drop the Title to Rollins once again.
