2. WWE Paying Brock Lesnar Extra Money To Work Hell in a Cell 2015, Seth Rollins Sets New Record
According to reports from Wrestling Observer, WWE is paying Brock Lesnar extra money to work Hell in a Cell 2015.
This was done because Lesnar’s contracted dates were already planned out, so WWE had to negotiate with him to work additional dates. This was done because Vince McMahon previously wanted to end the Lesnar-Taker feud at WrestleMania 32, however he decided to do that next month at Hell in a Cell 2015.
Wrestling Observer also reports that Seth Rollins set yet another record as he became the longest reigning WWE World Heavyweight Champion among the men who won the title by cashing-in Money in the Bank contract. He has now held the title for more than 180 days. The record was previously held by The Miz, who cashed-in to win the WWE Title back in 2010, at 160 days.
