3. Sheamus

After being out of action for almost 9 months, Sheamus returned to the WWE in December 2019. The way WWE hyped up his return, it was looking like that they had something big planned for him.
Unfortunately for him, that wasn’t the case. The Celtic Warrior has been involved in random matches against lower mid-card wrestlers of SmackDown since his return. He isn’t even featured on TV currently.
WWE reportedly planned a Triple-Threat match, between him, Daniel Bryan and Braun Strowman for the Intercontinental Title. But that obviously did not happen.
They could now have a one-on-one angle for the Universal Championship between him and Strowman though. The blue brand doesn’t have many heels right now, so they could bring in Sheamus to step up to Strowman.
A physical contest between the two men would be something fresh for the fans.
