• Randy Orton Reveals How He Went From 240 To 300 Pounds
During his recovery from spinal fusion surgery, Randy Orton experienced a significant physical setback, as he revealed that his weight soared to over 300 pounds. The WWE Legend shared these details on the ‘What’s Your Story?’ with Steph McMahon podcast, opening up about the tough period he went through. Randy attributed the dramatic weight gain to his sweet tooth getting out of control during his downtime. He admitted to bingeing on sugary snacks, including large tubs of popcorn coated with chocolate and caramel. “I went through a Nutella phase,” he confessed, joking about how he devoured the equivalent of dozens of servings in just a couple of nights over the holidays.
Before his injury, Orton’s weight hovered around 240 to 250 pounds, but during the winter break, the number climbed rapidly. He quipped about the irony of gaining so much weight while recovering from back surgery: “I was a little over 300 pounds. Like, ‘Oh, this guy gets a spinal fusion and he gains 80 pounds,’ smart.”
Once he was cleared to train again, Orton shifted gears. He teamed up with a new trainer who helped him overhaul his diet and focus on rebuilding his physique. Although his weight stayed roughly the same, he explained how he improved his muscle mass and reduced fat, especially strengthening the muscles supporting his spine.
Since returning to WWE action, Orton has been a steady presence on Friday Night SmackDown. After falling short against Cody Rhodes in the King of the Ring tournament final, he found himself facing Drew McIntyre, who recently made a comeback. Their rivalry will continue in a high-profile singles match at Saturday Night’s Main Event on July 12.

• Jacob Fatu Criticized By WWE Fans For Using The N-Word
Jacob Fatu’s latest music release, Hello, has caused controversy online due to his use of the N-word. The track features his uncle, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, and was produced by Frank Ware Jr. The beat samples music from Wiz Khalifa, and the lyrics focus on Fatu’s personal struggles and family life. Though the song offers insight into Fatu’s journey, it was the repeated use of the N-word that caught many listeners off guard. Fatu, who is of Samoan descent and the son of Sam Fatu (The Tonga Kid) and Theresa Fuavai-Fatu, received backlash from fans who believe he crossed a line.
One critic wrote, “Jacob Fatu saying the N word (AGAIN) shouldn’t surprise anyone. These Samoans think they’re allowed to say it for whatever reason and you know #those accounts won’t call it out cause they think that family is untouchable for whatever odd reason.”
Another said, “Who’s gonna tell Jacob Fatu he can’t say the N-word? I wish y’all would quit acting like these Samoans are invincible when they not. No matter how much they appropriate our culture, they aren’t Black, and will never be Black. Simple.”
Even longtime fans expressed disappointment. “I’ve been a Jacob Fatu fan since MLW,” one user shared. “I didn’t know about him saying the N-word constantly until people started posting that clip. It pains me to see he’s still acting weird bro. Being Samoan doesn’t give you a pass.”

While Jacob has yet to respond to the backlash, Rikishi briefly mentioned both him and Solo Sikoa on his podcast. He didn’t address the controversy but expressed pride in both wrestlers, saying he was happy when they each won the United States Championship.
