– Cody Rhodes kicked off tonight’s RAW and said he discovered last night that Brock Lesnar can be defeated. He then turned his attention to the World Heavyweight Championship.
He revealed the tournament bracket:
RAW Side
– Cody Rhodes vs. Finn Balor vs. The Miz
– Seth Rollins vs. Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Damian Priest
SmackDown Side
– Edge vs. Rey Mysterio vs. AJ Styles
– Bobby Lashley vs. Sheamus vs. Austin Theory
As Cody was going to the back, Seth Rollins came out and they had a face off.
– When Cathy Kelley asked Damian Priest about the World Title tournament, Priest said we’ll find out who brings gold to The Judgment Day – him or Finn Balor.
– Seth Rollins def. Damian Priest and Shinsuke Nakamura in a Triple Threat Match to advance to the Semi-Finals of the World Heavyweight Championship tournament
Rollins will now face the winner of Cody Rhodes vs. Finn Balor vs. The Miz in tonight’s main event.
– Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci of Imperium confronted Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn backstage.
– Mustafa Ali def. Otis (with Chad Gable & Maxxine Dupri)
During the ending moments of the match, Otis got caught up between Chad and Maxxine both giving him advice at the same time and Ali took advantage.
– The Miz said he’s the true workhorse of WWE and will become the World Heavyweight Champion.
– Finn Balor def. The Miz and Cody Rhodes in a Triple Threat Match to advance to the Semi-Finals of the World Heavyweight Championship tournament
During the ending moments of the match, Cody had Miz pinned, but Brock Lesnar pulled Cody out of the ring and hit the F5. Finn then hit his finisher on Miz and won the match. Lesnar then hit another F5 on Cody, this time through the announce table.
Lesnar then picked up the mic and told Cody to look at his face, which has staples on the forehead and a black eye. Lesnar then challenged Cody to a “Fight” at Night Of Champions.

– SmackDown Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley def. Dana Brooke
Rhea kept attacking Dana after the match, which led to Natalya coming out. Natalya & Rhea had face off, but Dominik Mysterio advised Mami to walk away.
– NXT call-up Zoey Stark was interviewed backstage. Zoey found Nikki Cross standing in the corner and said people like Nikki is exactly why she’s going to succeed on the WWE main roster. Zoey then challenged Nikki to a match.
– Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn def. Imperium (Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci)
– Sonya Deville & Chelsea Green are making wrestlers sign a petition backstage for them to get a WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match again. Former NXT stable The Way (Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae, Dexter Lumis & Indi Hartwell) has reunited and they refused to sign.
– Zoey Stark def. Nikki Cross in her RAW debut match
– Byron Saxton interviewed Rhea Ripley & Dominik Mysterio backstage. Byron asked Rhea about Natalya, but Xavier Woods & Akira Tozawa came in laughing. Dominik got angry and threatened to punch Woods in the face. Woods then challenged him to a match and Rhea accepted on “Dom Dom’s” behalf.
– Trish Stratus was distributing “Missing” posters with Becky Lynch’s face on it backstage. Trish then came to the ring and asked the fans if they have seen Becky. Trish says she’s doing everything and using all her tools (points at her juggs, as she’s wearing a ‘Missing Becky Lynch’ top).
Stratus then took a shot at Becky’s daughter and said that no one’s going to steal her spotlight now. Becky’s music hit and Trish looks scared, but then began laughing as she’s the one that told the crew to play Becky’s music.
Becky’s music hit again and she just showed up behind Trish. Becky attacked Trish and the WWE Hall of Famer retreated. Becky then took the mic and said if Trish wants her, she’s right here. Becky was about to say more, but she got accidentally cut off as her music started. She then threw away the mic.

– Dominik Mysterio def. Xavier Woods
– Jinder Mahal talked about Indus Sher’s arrival to RAW. Veer Mahaan & Sanga were also there.
– The Miz and Shinsuke Nakamura talked about their loss in the World Heavyweight Championship tournament. The Miz said they need to have each other’s back. Nakamura then challenged Miz to a match next week.
– WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez agreed to give Sonya Deville & Chelsea Green a title match.
– Cathy Kelley asked Cody Rhodes how he feels about getting eliminated from the World Heavyweight Championship tournament. Cody said this was the second time Brock has attacked him for no reason. Cody said the reason Brock attacked him is because he broke The Beast’s monopoly over the main event scene in WWE because he has been the man since returning to WWE in every metric.
Cody then accepted Brock’s challenge to a “fight” at Night Of Champions.
