Aleister Black lost to Seth Rollins in a match on last week’s RAW, after which Rollins and Murphy ganged up on him to injure his arm.

It seemed like he was written off TV then, but that wasn’t the case as he returned on last night’s RAW to make a failed attempt at saving Dominik Mysterio. Black ended up getting his eye injured by Murphy instead.

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that WWE has written Black off TV using this angle, and he may be out of action for a while.

“I know the original plan was to take him out, I don’t know for how long. That was the original idea, to do an injury angle with Aleister Black which is kinda weird when you’re low on talent.”
