On this day in 2001, the World Wrestling Federation aired an episode of their weekly TV show ‘WWF Sunday Night HEAT’.
It was broadcasted from the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan and featured pre-taped matches, interviews & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WWF Unforgiven 2001’ PPV.

• Reason Behind Kacy Catanzaro (Ricochet’s Girlfriend) Asking For Her WWE Release
According to Squared Circle Sirens, NXT wrestler Kacy Catanzaro (Ricochet’s girlfriend) has asked for her release from WWE.
Kacy reportedly suffered a back injury and stopped wrestling after it. She’s been hurt since last year and has decided to leave wrestling.
With that being said, WWE is expected to grant her release as this is not a situation where she’s unhappy with her booking and might go to some other company (AEW).
Kacy competed in the Women’s Royal Rumble match earlier this year and saved herself from elimination in an awesome way.
