• Reason Behind SummerSlam 2022 Taking Place In July

WWE’s annual SummerSlam pay-per-view usually takes place in late August. However, this year, it’s taking place on July 30.

The reason behind this is that WWE wants a gap of one month between their three back to back big stadium shows.

Money In The Bank 2022 will take place at the Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada on July 2nd.

SummerSlam 2022 will take place on July 30th at the Nissan Stadium in Nashville. This is the first time SummerSlam is taking place in Tennessee.

Then on September 3rd, WWE will go to the UK for a show at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.

WWE has made history with the announcement of this event.

59,000 Fans registered for the pre-sale tickets in the first 24 hours, which is more registrations for pre-sale of tickets in 24 hours for any WWE event ever, including WrestleMania.
