• Reason Behind WWF Legend Being Off AEW Programming
As we note a couple of days back, the Wrestling Observer reported that Old School WWF Legend Jake Roberts is dealing with undisclosed health issues:
“Jake Roberts is having undisclosed health issues. He did a recent appearance and was in a wheelchair and had an oxygen thing in his nose that he’d take out when posing for photos.”
In an update on this situation from BodySlam, Roberts recently underwent a foot surgery, where pins were inserted in some of his toes.
Roberts has now been cleared to return to work, so he could return to AEW programming soon.
Jake signed a 2-year contract extension with AEW back in July. He is the manager of AEW wrestler Lance Archer.
