• Released Wrestler Calls For WWE To ‘Stop The Laziness & Start Building New Stars’

Former WWE 24/7 Champion Maria Kanellis was one of the many names released by WWE during the budget cuts in April.

As seen over the past couple of months, she isn’t happy with WWE about the way they treated her and her husband, Mike Kanellis. She’s also angry about the fact that they release her while she was pregnant.

Kanellis took to Twitter again to take a shot at WWE, telling them to focus on storylines instead of ratings.

“WWE doesn’t want to build new stars, they want to spike the ratings for a couple weeks to keep the investors/networks happy. What WWE doesn’t seem to get, is ratings improve when people care about the story/stars. Invest in talent, spend the time building stars, stop the laziness.”
