– Mark Henry did a sit down interview with TBS Women’s Champion Jade Cargill & Athena (fka Ember Moon in WWE). Athena declared that she’s going to end Jade’s undefeated streak for all the women in the back and take the TBS Title at All Out.

– TNT Champion Wardlow and ROH, IWGP & AAA Tag Team Champions FTR came out and addressed Jay Lethal & The Motor City Machine Guns.
MCMG came out and said they represent the greatest city in the world: Detroit, Michigan. Sonjay Dutt said that he, Jay Lethal, Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley are a real family and there’s nothing that Wardlow, Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood can do to defeat them and mocked Dax’s daughter.

After the match, Powerhouse Hobbs attacked Starks and the referees had to separate them.
Also, Chris Jericho and Bryan Danielson had a verbal confrontation at the announce desk to end the show.

On this day in Pro Wrestling history on September 2, 1992, Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling aired ‘WCW Clash Of The Champions XX: 20th Anniversary’ LIVE on TBS from the Center Stage Theater in Atlanta, Georgia.
The show wasn’t just the 20th Anniversary of the ‘Clash of the Champions’ events, but also marked 20 years of pro wrestling shown on TBS, starting with NWA Mid-Atlantic Wrestling (Jim Crockett Promotions) in 1972.
This was the last time André The Giant was seen on American television, before he passed away a few months later.
