As we noted last night, “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair underwent a colon surgery. Here’s what Flair’s manager posted about this: “Ric had surgery today (not❤️related) am happy to report it was a success. Still a long road ahead so plz keep ??4Ric Charlotte Megan David & Wendy.”
In an update on Flair’s status, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer is reporting that Flair is on kidney dialysis and his condition is still serious. Ric’s daughter, Charlotte Flair, addressed this situation on Instagram and posted the following:
“Hi guys, On behalf of my family and I, we want to THANK everyone for the prayers, texts, calls and support. Our Dad is a FIGHTER and your continued thoughts and prayers MEAN THE WORLD to us. We will update everyone when we have more information.”
Due to Flair being hospitalized, a “Table For 3” episode with Ric Flair, Sting & Ricky Steamboat (that was scheduled to air on the WWE Network after last night’s Raw) was pulled.
As we noted earlier today, WWF Veteran X-Pac talked to a close friend of Ric and he noted that things aren’t looking good for the 16 time World Champion as of now.
