• Ric Flair Reveals How Much Weight He Has Lost Since The Last Time He Wrestled

Ric Flair will have his final match on July 31st and he’s training very hard for it.

He’s working out for 2 hours at the gym with John Cena’s personal trainer and then does in-ring training with AEW wrestler Jay Lethal for another 2 hours.

Flair last wrestled in 2011. Since then, he has dropped 17 lbs. Below is what The Nature Boy said during an interview with Tampa Bay Times:

“I feel better about myself now than I did 12 years ago. I now weigh 223 (lbs). The last time I wrestled, I weighed 240.”

Also during this interview, Flair vowed to take a major bump in the ring during his last match:

“That’s what I’m working on. It’s just a timing issue. I’ll guarantee I’ll be coming off the top rope. Whether it’s the flip or not, I don’t know.”

Flair later went on to take this bump while training with AEW wrestler Jay Lethal:
