2-Time WWE Hall Of Famer Ric Flair revealed on his podcast that he passed out twice during his Last Match on July 31st due to dehydration.

Flair also revealed that The Undertaker came backstage and told him to drink Gatorade instead of Beer:

“My hand started trembling, but it was all dehydration. I had two doctors in there right away with me and everything, and The Undertaker came running in.

I had like 6 beers there. He took them out of my hand and said, ‘You’re drinking 2 Gatorades first.’ So I drank two, and that’s all it was.

I underestimated the importance of keeping hydrated, which is really big, especially when I lost that much weight and trained that hard.”

The Nature took to Twitter and had the following to say about all the media attention he got for his dehydration issues:

“Sometimes The Media Chooses To Focus On The Less Important Things In A Podcast Like My Health Issue During The Match.

I Want To Make It Very Clear That I Thank Tony Khan For His Wonderful Text Of Support, WWE For Their Participation & Allowing Jeff To Be Part Of The Show.

It Just Goes To Show That Both Companies Can Come Together & Coexist When They Believe In Something. I Thank You Both For Making It Possible!”

Flair then teased wrestling again:

“All The Attention That I’m Getting for Dehydration, Which Can Happen To Any 23 Year Old, Is Crazy! When I Get Ready For Something Big Again, I Will Obviously Drink More Water Than Beer Next Time! WOOOOO! 💦 🍺”
