– During a Q&A session at the Mid-Atlantic Legends Fanfest in North Carolina, Former WWE, ECW & TNA World Champion Rob Van Dam revealed some details about his future in Pro-Wrestling.
Rob Van Dam noted that he’s still under contract with WWE & will return to action in WWE again.
He notes that he will wrestle until an undisclosed time that likely isn’t “too far off.” He also said that he’s not in a hurry to return, and will take his time. RVD can’t go to TNA or ROH Wrestling even if he wanted too because it would be a breach of contract due to the merchandise deal he has with WWE.
– We noted earlier that Lana is in line to receive a huge major push in the divas division on the WWE main roster. However, those plans have been cancelled and she will remain just another character on the show. According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE is looking for a Latin female star.
WWE is seeking Spanish speaking skills for someone who can be the front and center to expanding the Latin audience. The company has started to seek out Latin female weather reporters in Mexico who are chosen for their looks.
