Former WWE Champion Rob Van Dam noted on Twitter that he will return to Professional Wrestling in August this year.
Below is what RVD tweeted to a fan who asked him about an appearance at a House of Hardcore show in Australia in June:
Nope but it looks like I’ll be coming in August.
Another fan then asked RVD if his return in August will be for the WWE or not. Below is what RVD replied to this:

Instead of just denying a future WWE appearance and indicating that his appearance will most probably be for Tommy Dreamer’s House of Hardcore promotion, Rob Van Dam told the fan to wait for his announcement, thus hinting that anything could happen between now and August and he can end up showing in any wrestling promotion!
