– ECW Legend Thinks SmackDown Live Wrestler Should Keep His Current Theme Song To Be An Annoying Heel
During an edition of “The Taz Show” podcast, WWF Veteran Taz talked about the Kevin Owens-Sami Zayn-Daniel Bryan segment from last week’s episode of SmackDown Live.
Below is what Taz had to say:
“I love the Sami Zayn character. I care about Sami Zayn now. And I told you about his music when he first turned heel with the gimmick, The Hell in a Cell, helping Kevin Owens. Maybe they should change his music now instead of that music and him dancing. But maybe they should keep it.
Because its really annoying as sh*t and the way he’s coming out dancing now, it’s even more annoying. And I think they’re telling him to do that and he’s playing it up. Keep the music because I hate it.
I hate when the guy comes out, Sami Zayn, with that music. And he’s dancing and he’s happy and the music gets on my nerves more than ever now. Keep it. It’s more of the reason to be this annoying heel. It’s perfect for him.
His promo was spot-on again. Whoever’s writing Sami’s promo or whoever Sami’s working with, it’s great. It’s a great collaboration. I loved the verbage, I loved it and I enjoyed the chemistry between him and Kevin Owens.
I think Daniel Bryan was excellent in his performance. I think he did a great job. He took a lot of sh*t in that ring verbally from these guys.
I know the word that Sami wanted to say. I want to tell the audience. The word that Sami Zayn wanted to use when he was talking to Daniel Bryan, I thought he was gonna call him a stooge because the word you would use is stooge. It’s like an office boy… you know… like a stooge.
I’m not saying this is Daniel Bryan for real. He’s playing a character. But I’m just saying that’s what I really thought Sami Zayn woud just say – “You know you’ve become a real stooge”.”
