• Roman Reigns Breaks All-Time WWE Merchandise Sales Record For Heel Wrestlers – Has Reached John Cena’s Level

“The Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns has been the Universal Champion for over 400 days now.

According to Wrestlingnewsco, Reigns’ merchandise sales have increased even more with his new heel character, and he has set an all-time merchandise sales record for heel wrestlers in the company.

Even before he turned heel, Reigns was the #1 merch seller in the company despite the mixed reaction to his babyface run. While he’s still the #1 merch seller in WWE, his sales have now reached John Cena’s level, and WWE Officials are impressed to see that a despised heel character (Reigns) managed to reach the merch sales of a superhero character to the kids (Cena).

Roman Reigns will defend the Universal Championship against Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel later this month.
