• Roman Reigns Comments On His Dominating WrestleMania 37 Victory

As seen in the main event of Night 2 of WrestleMania 37, Roman Reigns pinned both Edge and Daniel Bryan in their Triple Threat Match to retain the Universal Championship.

Many fans called this the best match from both nights of WrestleMania 37.

After his dominating victory, Reigns appeared on the WWE Watch Along livestream after WrestleMania 37 went off the air and said the following:

“What’d you think was gonna happen? Y’all calling me a liar? I told y’all on Friday – I’m gonna smash ’em, I’m gonna stack ’em, I’m gonna pin ’em 1-2-3, I’m gonna stand up, put this over my head, let them look up to a greater man.

A million dollars of pyro – pow, pow, pow. Just like I called it. And still. Now it’s time. Paul, what time is it?”

Paul Heyman then said the following:

“What time is it? It’s Roman Reigns’ time, what’s what time it is. It is time for The Tribal Chief, it is time for The Be All End All, it is time for the sun on which the entire WWE Universe revolves around, it is time for the reigning, defending, undisputed, uncontroverted, WWE Universal Heavyweight Champion, Roman Reigns.”

Reigns then looked at the camera and said, ‘Acknowledge Me’.

• Old School WWF Veteran Celebrates His Birthday

Old School WWF Veteran T.L. Hopper (Tony Anthony) celebrates his 61st birthday today.

After touring the territories during the 80s, Tony made a name for himself as “Dirty White Boy” in Jerry Jarrett’s United States Wrestling Association (USWA) and Jim Cornette’s Smoky Mountain Wrestling during the early and mid 90s.

In 1996, it was also Jim Cornette who helped bring Anthony to the World Wrestling Federation, where he received the gimmick of wrestling plumber T.L. Hopper.

In the fall of 1997, he was repackaged as Uncle Cletus, heel manager of The Godwinns, before he left the promotion and went on to wrestle on the independent scene.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY T.L. HOPPER!
