3. Shocking Royal Rumble 2017 Winner Planned
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer is reporting that there’s a good chance of Raw Superstar Braun Strowman winning the Royal Rumble 2017 match and then going on to WrestleMania 33 to challenge the WWE Universal Champion at that event.
While there’s a possibility of a SmackDown Live Superstar (like John Cena) winning the match as well, but chances for Strowman dominating the Rumble and eventually winning it are more.
Strowman has been protected ever since he debuted in WWE after SummerSlam 2015 and hasn’t been pinned or submitted yet.
His singles push began after this year’s brand split, when he got separated from the Wyatt Family and got drafted to Raw.
Speaking of the Royal Rumble 2017 match, only two entrants have been confirmed till now: Goldberg & Brock Lesnar!
