• Rumor Killer Regarding Ronda Rousey’s Original WrestleMania 35 Plan

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer is reporting that the original plan for WrestleMania 35 was for Ronda Rousey to face her friend Natalya (after Natalya turned on Rousey).

However, that’s not the case.

As we noted back in March 2018 (even before WrestleMania 34 took place), The Dirty Sheets reported that WWE officials are planning to do the first-ever Women’s WrestleMania main event at WrestleMania 35 with a match between Charlotte Flair & Ronda Rousey.

That was still the plan until WWE was forced to book Rousey vs. Flair at Survivor Series 2018. No word yet on if WWE will book a rematch between them at WrestleMania 35 or not (or if WWE will go with Ronda Rousey vs. Becky Lynch or a Triple Threat match between these 3 women).

There were never any plans for Natalya to be involved in a major Title match at WrestleMania 35.
