Maryse Ouellet Mizanin, simply known as Maryse, is a Canadian-American professional wrestler, manager, actress, and businesswoman. She gained fame through her association with WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) and her role as a manager and occasional in-ring competitor.
Early Life and Modeling Career
She was born on January 21, 1983, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Before entering the world of professional wrestling, she pursued a career in modeling and worked as a beauty queen. She won the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Canada competition in 2003.
Wrestling Career
She made her debut in WWE’s developmental territory, Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), in 2006. She then transitioned to the main roster and made her WWE television debut in 2008. Maryse quickly established herself as a charismatic and villainous character, portraying a glamorous and self-absorbed “diva” persona.
She became known for her on-screen presence and her distinctive French-Canadian accent. Maryse was often involved in various storylines as a manager and sometimes participated in matches. On an episode of WWE RAW in February 2023, Maryse gave a gift to The Miz on their 9th anniversary.
She looked hot as usual and former WWE Superstar Ryback was impressed by her look as well.
