• Sasha Banks Reacts To Reports Of Her Backstage Drama At WrestleMania 35
There were a lot of rumors going on about what Sasha Banks did backstage at WrestleMania 35 after dropping the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
During the WWE Chronicle episode on Sasha Banks on the WWE Network, Sasha addressed those rumors and said the following:
“It was just like, ‘How the hell do they make up this stuff too,’ like I saw so much stuff like ‘crying on the floor of a locker room’ — No. I took my clothes off, got dressed and went to go stand with the fans with Pam [Bayley] watching the main event because I was so happy for those girls.
Then there’s rumors that I was crying on the hotel floor. It’s like please show me the pictures, please show me the footage. I’ve learned that you can’t left those things destroy you through therapy because they don’t know me. They don’t know Mercedes and they don’t know Mercedes who plays Sasha Banks and they don’t know what we go through day-to-day at TV at live events and what we do at home.
You can let them think whatever they want, because they’re not going to change and I’m not gonna change for them. I just have to change what makes me feel good for myself and I think that’s the best part just like talk about me, good, bad it doesn’t matter — talk about me.”
