On this day in 2000, the World Wrestling Federation aired an episode of their weekly TV show ‘WWF SmackDown!’.
It was broadcasted from the Baltimore Arena in Baltimore, Maryland and featured pre-taped matches & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WWF No Mercy 2000’ PPV.

• Scarlett Bordeaux’s Possible Role In WWE
As we noted last month, former Impact Wrestling star Scarlett Bordeaux was at a WWE tryout at the WWE Performance Center recently.
According to Squared Circle Sirens, Scarlett has signed a deal with WWE and she’s going to be a part of the NXT brand on the USA Network.
Word going on is that current plan for Scarlett is for her to be paired with a male NXT wrestler.
We’ll keep you updated regarding this.
