3. Chris Jericho Talks About Wrestlers Not Dying At A Young Age Anymore
6 Time World Champion Chris Jericho recently addressed the Roman Reigns suspension situation on his Talk Is Jericho podcast and talked about how wrestlers are not dying at a young age due to the WWE Wellness Policy. Below is what he said:
“Reigns is a great guy and a great worker. That he was suspended shows there is no BS or messing around when it comes to the policy. There are things on the banned list that are not anywhere but on the WWE list. You see the things that happened 10, 15 years in the past that don’t happen anymore. You don’t see guys dying young.
I apologize to my family, friends and fans for my mistake in violating WWE’s wellness policy. No excuses. I own it.
