• SmackDown Replay Drew More Viewers Than Live AEW Dynamite On Saturday Night

This past Saturday night, FOX aired a replay of Friday’s SmackDown, because there was no MLB Playoff game.

At the same time, a live episode of AEW Dynamite aired on TNT.

This SmackDown replay drew 578,000 viewers, while the live episode of Dynamite drew 515,000 viewers.

The live episode of SmackDown on Friday night drew 2.25 million viewers, which was 159.7% up from previous week’s SmackDown, which aired on FS1 and drew 866,000 viewers.

The live SmackDown also ranked #1 in the key 18-49 demo, with a 0.58 rating.

Speaking of Friday nights, the latest episode of Rampage drew 533,000 viewers, with a 0.22 rating in the 18-49 demo, which is down from previous week’s 578,000 viewers, with a 0.24 rating.

Old School Wrestling Legend “The Taskmaster” Kevin Sullivan celebrates his 72nd birthday today.

After making a name for himself in various different NWA territories, Kevin Sullivan became the leader of his own faction in Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling, the infamous ‘Dungeon of Doom’.

Sullivan stayed with the promotion from 1994 till his release in early 2001, shortly before it was sold to Vince McMahon.

He also used to be a member of The Varsity Club from 1987 till 1989 and again in 1999/2000, alongside Mike Rotunda & Rick Steiner.
