Below are the complete results from tonight’s post-Elimination Chamber edition of SmackDown, featuring Cody Rhodes become the Undisputed WWE Champion again.

– Randy Orton addressed Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes ahead of their Undisputed WWE Championship match later tonight. Randy said he doesn’t care who wins because he will leave the WrestleMania 42 main event as the new WWE Champion. Trick Williams interrupted and said he should be the one challenging for the title at WrestleMania and showed off his lemon pepper steppers. Randy took out Trick with an RKO.

– United States Championship Match: Carmelo Hayes (c) def. AAA Latin American Champion El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. to retain the title

– Nick Aldis informed Damian Priest and R-Truth that he is putting them in the Tag Team Turmoil.

– The Miz and Kit Wilson called out Ilja Dragunov for not taking opportunities and being toxic. Ilja said he wants to settle it in the ring. Miz told Kit to take the opportunity and face Ilja, but Kit wants Miz to be a locker room leader and face Ilja instead.

– #1 Contender’s Match For The WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship: Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss def. Women’s United States Champion Giulia and Kiana James

– Sami Zayn met Cody Rhodes backstage and said Cody got handed another opportunity despite losing the Elimination Chamber match. Cody got angry and accused Sami of politicking to get a title match against him and he hasn’t even won the title back yet.

– In a pre-taped video, Jelly Roll announced that he will appear on next week’s SmackDown to meet his SummerSlam 2025 tag team partner, Randy Orton.

– Tag Team Turmoil Match To Crown The #1 Contenders For The WWE Tag Team Championship:

Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer and Axiom) def. Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin)

Los Garza (Angel and Berto) def. Fraxiom

Los Garza def. Wyatt Sicks (Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy) after Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa of The MFTs interfered

Damian Priest and R-Truth def. Los Garza to win the Tag Team Turmoil and earn a WWE Tag Team Championship match against My Family Tree

– Randy Orton told Sami Zayn that sometimes you gotta be selfish to succeed, and that one day Sami will have a world title around his waist. Aleister Black and Zelina showed up. Black told Zayn that it’s the nature of the beast.

– Rhea Ripley and WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill came face-to-face. Jade said she respects Rhea, but she has stronger arms, legs, is more powerful than her, and will prove that at WrestleMania 42. Rhea said Jade can hit her with her best shot, but when she does, Jade won’t get back up because Jade’s body is built for show, while her body is built for fighting and surviving this business. Rhea vowed to take the WWE Women’s Title at WrestleMania and Jade won’t be able to do anything about it.

– Bo Dallas said he will not rest until the lantern is returned to him.

– Johnny Gargano said it’s time for him to be Johnny Wrestling again and called out anyone for a fight, which led to Oba Femi coming out.

– Oba Femi def. Johnny Gargano

– Danhausen met Nick Aldis and said he wants a mentor. Aldis introduced The Miz to Danhausen and said Miz will mentor Danhausen. Danhausen said Miz will groom him to become the WWE Champion and will help him get his own TV show. Miz said he won’t mentor him. Danhausen said Miz will, otherwise Miz is cursed and told him to remember what happened to Dominik Mysterio on RAW.

– Undisputed WWE Championship Match: Cody Rhodes def. Drew McIntyre (c) to win the title

Drew tried to hit Cody with a steel chair, but Jacob Fatu stopped him. Cody is now a 3-time WWE Champion and will defend the title against Randy Orton at WrestleMania 42.

Orton was watching Rhodes’ title win backstage and tweeted the following:

“See you next week in Phoenix, @CodyRhodes”

Cody and Randy will have their WrestleMania contract signing on next week’s SmackDown.
