During an interview with Catch Club, SmackDown Superstar Baron Corbin said he wants to go back to his ‘The Lone Wolf’ character, that made him a hot up-and-coming star in NXT back in 2014, but with a slight change.
Below is what the former United States Champion said:
“I would love to get back to that grittiness of ‘The Lone Wolf’, but makes a little bit of everything in it. The Lone Wolf was a little one-dimensional. It didn’t have all that mentions that I think you need to be a John Cena or a Roman Reigns.
So when I’ve gotten these different characters through the time, they’ve all been very different.
I’ve given everybody every emotion now. Let’s combine them all, put them into one thing, and make some magic.”
Corbin’s 167-day losing streak recently came to an end at the April 29th WWE Live Event in Paris.
After Corbin pinned Rick Boogs, the fans in attendance went nuts for him.
